What technologies and frameworks do you use for development?

For frontend interfaces, we heavily utilize Vanilla JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, and other modern libraries to guarantee zero-latency rendering.

How long does it take to deploy a custom enterprise application?

The deployment timeline strictly depends on the complexity of the blueprint. A corporate website typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. However, large-scale portals, custom CRMs, and specialized management software (like automated booking and refund systems) generally require 6 to 12 weeks of engineering, API integration, and security auditing before live deployment.

Do you provide API integrations for payments and communications?

Yes, absolutely. We frequently integrate high-tier financial and communication APIs into our client projects. This includes secure payment gateways like Razorpay/Stripe, SMS APIs for OTP verifications, and SMTP services (like PHPMailer) for automated business communications.

Do I own the intellectual property and source code?

Upon final milestone clearance and full payment, all custom design assets and tailored frontend logic become your exclusive property. However, proprietary internal framework codes and base libraries developed by Insoft Solution remain under our license unless a specific custom code handover agreement is signed.

What is your payment structure for new projects?

We follow a transparent, milestone-based billing cycle. We require a 30% to 50% initial deposit to allocate server nodes and commence wireframing. The remaining balance is divided into specific development phases and is payable upon the successful completion of those milestones before the final live launch.

Do you offer post-deployment maintenance and support?

Yes. Every deployed project comes with a standard warranty period for bug fixes. Post-warranty, we offer dedicated Server Maintenance and Security Auditing contracts to ensure your platform remains protected against emerging vulnerabilities and runs at peak efficiency.
